Knicker & Brief Sizing
Our knickers run in UK standard clothing sizes. If you're between sizes, we recommend going up for a more relaxed fit or down for a snugger fit.
💡 Tip: Our seamless styles are slightly more forgiving — they have 4-way stretch, so many customers find they can wear their usual size or one size down.

Bra Sizing
Finding the right bra size is important for comfort and support. We recommend measuring yourself every 6–12 months as your size can change. All our bras run true to standard UK sizing.

💡 Sister Sizing: If your exact size is out of stock, try a sister size — same cup volume but one band size up or down. E.g., if 34C is out, try 36B (more band, same cup) or 32D (less band, same cup).
Bralette Sizing
Our bralettes come in S, M, L, and XL sizing. They are designed to offer light support and are best suited for cup sizes A–D.
| Size | UK Dress Size | Under-Bust (cm) | Cup Guide | Fits Bra Size |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| S | UK 8–10 | 65–75 | A–B | 30A–34B |
| M | UK 10–12 | 75–85 | B–C | 32B–36C |
| L | UK 12–14 | 85–95 | C–D | 34C–38D |
| XL | UK 14–16 | 95–105 | D–DD | 36D–40DD |
💡 Tip: For fuller cup sizes (DD+), we recommend our Everyday T-Shirt Bra or Full Coverage Bra for better support. Our bralettes provide light, comfortable support best suited to A–D cups.
How to Measure Yourself
For the most accurate results, use a soft measuring tape. Measure directly on your skin or over a well-fitting non-padded bra. Ask someone to help for more accurate readings.
Waist Measurement
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, about 2–3 cm above your belly button. Stand tall, breathe normally, and keep the tape snug but not tight.
Hip Measurement
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, usually about 20 cm below your waist. Keep the tape horizontal.
Under-Bust (Band Size)
For bra sizing: measure firmly around your ribcage, directly underneath your bust. Breathe out and measure — this gives your band size.
Fullest Bust
For cup size: measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. Don't pull too tight — the tape should be snug but not compressing.
Calculate Cup Size
Subtract your under-bust measurement from your fullest bust measurement. Use the difference to find your cup size in our cup size table.

Signs Your Bra Fits Well
The band lies flat against your back and doesn't ride up.
The cups are smooth with no wrinkling or spillage.
The centre gore (front panel) lies flat against your sternum.
Straps sit comfortably without digging in or falling off.
You can fit two fingers under the band — no more, no less.
On a new bra, fasten on the loosest hook — there should be 2 tighter options for when the band stretches with wear.
Signs You Need a Different Size
Cups overflowing — go up a cup size.
Wrinkling cups — go down a cup size.
Band riding up — go down a band size.
Straps digging in — most support should come from the band, not straps. Try a smaller band.
Gap at centre — go up a cup size.
