Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the next working day.
Our Returns Policy
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery on all UK orders. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in original packaging.
⚠️ Hygiene Note: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of underwear that has been tried on directly against bare skin without a protective barrier (e.g., knickers without the protective hygiene strip). This is a legal requirement under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
How to Return an Item

Receive Your Returns Label
We'll email you a free pre-paid Royal Mail returns label within 24 hours.
Package & Post
Place items in their original packaging, attach the label, and drop off at any Royal Mail Post Office or post box.
Receive Your Refund
Once received, we process returns within 2 working days. Refunds appear in your account within 3–5 banking days.

Free Exchanges
If your item doesn't fit, we offer free exchanges for a different size or colour within 30 days of delivery. We'll send your replacement as soon as we receive your return.

International Returns
International returns are accepted within 30 days. Return postage is at the customer's cost. We recommend using a tracked service. Once received, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.
