Yes! Your dispatch confirmation email will include a Royal Mail or DPD tracking link. You can track your parcel using the link provided or by entering your tracking number on the carrier's website.

Yes! Select "Gift Wrapping" at checkout for £3.99. Your items will be wrapped in tissue paper with a ribbon and a personalised gift message card. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or just because.

Standard UK delivery is FREE on orders over £40. For orders under £40, standard delivery is £3.99. Express delivery (1–2 days) is £4.99 and Next Day delivery is £7.99 (order by 2pm).

Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days. Express delivery takes 1–2 working days. Next Day delivery is available when ordered before 2pm Monday–Thursday. All orders are dispatched within 1 business day.

Yes! We ship to the Republic of Ireland (£5.99, 5–7 days), EU countries (£9.99, 7–10 days), and the USA/Canada (£14.99, 10–14 days). Please note that EU and international orders may be subject to customs fees.

Absolutely. All orders are dispatched in plain, unmarked brown or white boxes. There is no brand name on the outer packaging. Your privacy is very important to us.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original packaging. Simply visit our returns page to initiate a return. We offer free returns for UK customers.

For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of underwear that is unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Items that have been worn cannot be returned. This is a legal requirement in the UK under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Once we receive your return, we process it within 2 working days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 3–5 banking days, depending on your bank.

Yes! We offer free exchanges for a different size or colour within 30 days. Simply request an exchange when initiating your return via our returns portal. The replacement will be dispatched as soon as we receive your return.

We're very sorry if you've received a faulty item. Please email support@purecomfortapparel.com with your order number and a photo of the fault within 90 days of delivery. We will offer a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.

Our briefs run true to UK standard sizing. Our seamless styles have a generous stretch, so if you're between sizes, we generally recommend going down a size for a closer fit. Bras are also true to standard UK sizing. Always check the size guide for each product.

Yes! We stock briefs in sizes XS–4XL (UK 6 to 20+) and bras from 28A to 46G. We believe in inclusive sizing and are constantly working to extend our size range further. All styles are available in plus sizes unless otherwise stated.

Our cotton styles use 95% GOTS-certified organic cotton with 5% elastane for stretch. Our seamless styles use a soft microfibre blend (87% nylon, 13% elastane) for a second-skin feel. All materials are tested for skin safety and hold OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification.

Machine wash at 30°C on a delicate cycle. Use a mesh laundry bag to protect the elastic. Do not tumble dry — hang or lay flat to dry. Do not iron directly on prints or lace trims. Do not bleach.

Yes! Our organic cotton styles are specifically designed for sensitive skin. They're free from harsh dyes and chemical finishes. All fabrics carry OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification, meaning they've been tested for over 100 harmful substances.

No — you can checkout as a guest. However, creating a free account allows you to track orders, save your size preferences, manage returns, and access your order history.

We take sustainability seriously. Our cotton is GOTS-certified organic, our packaging is 100% plastic-free and recyclable, we manufacture in certified fair-wage factories in Portugal, and we plant one tree for every order. We publish an annual Sustainability Report on our website.

Yes. We manufacture exclusively in a certified fair-wage facility in Portugal that we audit twice a year. All workers are paid above the living wage, work reasonable hours, and have safe working conditions. We publish our factory audit results publicly.
